Withdraw from contract

Right of withdrawal

If you concluded a contract with us at a distance (in the online shop), you have the right to withdraw from it within 14 days of receiving the goods. To withdraw, fill in the statement below — we will confirm its receipt by e-mail right away.

Who can withdraw

The right of withdrawal belongs to a consumer — a natural person acting outside their trade or profession. It does not extend to orders placed on behalf of a legal entity. If your order was placed for a company, please contact us directly and we will agree on the next steps.

What cannot be withdrawn from

Under section 4.11 of the terms of purchase and sale, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Special orders — goods made to the buyer's personal needs or on the basis of a special order (4.11.1).
  • Damaged packaging — if the commercial appearance of the product's original packaging is damaged or it has been opened in a way that prevents the product from being resold as new (4.11.2).
  • Opened or partial units — only complete sales units can be returned. Opened packs or individual parts separated from a complete unit cannot be returned (4.11.3).

How to withdraw

Enter your order number and the e-mail address used for the order. You can then choose which products you want to withdraw from.

Find your order

You will find the order number in your order confirmation e-mail. In the next step you can choose which products you want to withdraw from.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt of your statement by e-mail immediately. We will then contact you to arrange the return of the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer (4.11). We will refund the amount paid once the goods have been returned and their condition has been checked.
